Sarah Hathaway
Sarah Hathaway is a seasoned professional with over 15 years in the Quality Industry. Sarah is currently working for Omnex as a Quality Systems Implementer. With that being said, Sarah has been a Quality Manager where she has helped numerous laboratories and manufacturing plants successfully achieve ISO 17025 and IATF 16949, ISO 9001 accreditation. Additionally, Sarah has developed and managed calibration and validation lab Quality Management Systems. As a Global Quality Specialist, Sarah was managing various locations in China and Poland, which showed her the value of diversity and opinion. Within Sarah’s 15 year industry experience, she was also a Failure Mode Effects Analyst (FMEA). Within this position Sarah trained employees on the FMEA process for both Design side and Process side. She has lead different system integration projects and customized trainings based on employee’s needs. Sarah also ensured that employees adhered to customer specific requirements. Sarah is a Lead Assessor for IATF 9001, 16949, and ISO 17025. This gave Sarah the responsibility of organizing and carrying out workshops and programs for vocational training, as well as monitoring and evaluating applicants at work. Sarah brings to the table the ability to perform specific research (qualitative and quantitative data analysis) for any specific key performance indicator or specific company inquiries. Sarah also has a passion for learning, with an undergraduate degree in Business and Communications and a Masters of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. But the learning does not stop there; Sarah is currently continuing her education to obtain her PhD.

Mary Rowzee
Mary Rowzee is an Omnex consultant with extensive experience and achievements in Quality Systems development, implementation and auditing to ISO 9000 series and IATF 16949 standards; Six Sigma Black Belt Problem Solving and Advance Quality Tools including: Design and Process FMEA, Design and Process Verification and Test Planning, Complex Statistical Analyses and Reliability Prediction, Modelling and Risk Reduction. Mary is a writing member of AIAG-VDA FMEA 1st edition and the Core Tools Guidelines: SPC 2nd edition, MSA 4th edition, EFMEA 1st edition, PPAP 4th edition and APQP 2nd edition. Mary has been actively leading industry practices and application of ISO 26262 Functional Safety Standard for Electrical/ Electronic Products; Software FMEAs, ASPICE, CMMI and Quality; Supplemental Monitoring and Systems Response (MSR) FMEAs; Safety of the Intended Functionality (SOTIF) ISO 21448 and use of Safety Engineering tools (Reliability Block Diagrams, Hazard and Risk Analyses, Addressing ASIL rated risks) in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). She also served as GM Global representative on AIAG-VDA and SAE Quality Standards development teams.
